I had a phone appointment with Milagros Agostini. I was at work and due to poor wifi connectivity the call kept dropping. Milagros kept calling back, but unfortunately same connectivity issue. I rushed home after work to call her back before her 5pm end time. I made it just in time and gosh, was she lovely. Milagros was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. It was almost 5pm, but I did not feel rushed. She actually asked me if I had any more questions for her and that I could reach her through her direct number.
